1. Service Description
BotFundr is an independent service that facilitates the purchase of Claude AI subscription gift codes using cryptocurrency (USDC on Ethereum). We purchase official gift subscriptions from Anthropic and deliver them to your email address.
BotFundr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic, PBC. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
2. Payment and Delivery
- All payments are made in USDC stablecoin on the Ethereum network.
- Orders are typically fulfilled within a few hours of payment confirmation.
- Gift subscription codes are delivered to the email address you provide.
- It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. We cannot recover codes sent to incorrect addresses.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and cryptocurrency transactions:
- All sales are final once payment is confirmed on-chain.
- We cannot offer refunds for incorrect email addresses.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a refund in USDC to the sending address.
- If Anthropic changes their pricing and our listed prices no longer reflect the actual cost, we will issue a refund for the difference to the sending address.
4. Limitations
- Maximum of 12 months of subscription can be gifted per email address.
- Gift subscriptions are subject to Anthropic's terms of service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our service.
